To get this spectacular view, I had to travel 400 km (Medellín -Termales de la Cabaña) and walk about 2.5 hours to be at 3,950 meters above sea level… This epic place is called Termales de la Cabaña. More than seeing thermal waters rich in minerals, there is an important ecosystem of water reserve because there is the highest percentage of frailejones, which are responsible for distributing water throughout the mountains.
In addition to mountains of frailejones, water springs and hot springs, there is an immense variety of flora and fauna. The air, the calm, the tranquility that is perceived there is priceless. Welcome to Colombia.
