Rosalin Kuiper
Co-Skipper of Go Circular 2024 Ocean Race
Rosalin, as the co-skipper of the Go Circular 2024 Ocean Race alongside Nicolas Lunven, brings a wealth of experience and insight to our judging panel. As a trailblazer in a traditionally male-dominated field, Rosalin understands the challenges faced by women across industries and is proud to champion diversity and inclusion as a judge in our competition.
With her adventurous spirit and vibrant personality, Rosalin seeks to uncover innovative and captivating images that encapsulate the essence of Go Circular. Her unique perspective as a fearless sailor adds a dynamic dimension to our judging process.
Nollaig Forrest
Chief Sustainability Officer
Nollaig Forrest, Chief Sustainability Officer of Holcim, was appointed as a member of the Group Executive Committee in September 2023. With a background in Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, and Communications, Nollaig has been instrumental in Holcim’s net-zero transition since joining in 2020. She has partnered with influencers across the value chain to decarbonise building at scale.
She holds a master’s degree in international Relations and has completed sustainability and marketing programs at Yale-WBCSD and INSEAD respectively. Nollaig is also involved in sustainability initiatives, serving on the MIT Climate and Sustainability Consortium Advisory Council and Bloomberg’s Cities Council for sustainable cities.
Oliver Osswald
Region Head Latin America
Oliver Osswald has been a driving force within Holcim since joining the company in 1995. With a career spanning over two decades, Oliver’s journey has been marked by a relentless commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation.
He is a graduate of the Technische Hochschule in Ulm, Germany, and holds an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School in the United States. His educational achievements, coupled with his extensive professional experience, have equipped him with the skills and insights needed to navigate the complexities of the global business landscape.
As Region Head for Latin America and a valued member of Holcim’s Executive Committee since 2016, Oliver Osswald continues to lead with vision, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to driving sustainable growth and innovation within Holcim and beyond.
We are honoured to have Rosalin, Nollaig and Oliver on board as judges, and we look forward to their invaluable contributions in selecting the winning entries that best embody the spirit of Go Circular.
