Nature in Your Sites/Location

There are many beautiful places in my city to work, but I spend most of my time at home, which is why it's the most important space for fostering this symbiosis with nature. Plants help us feel better and contribute to our well-being. They bring positivity, tranquility, calmness, and energy. A study in New Zealand showed that every 1% increase in the amount of green space within 3 km of an individual’s home was associated with a 4% lower prevalence of anxiety and mood disorders. This type of environment also helps increase productivity by reducing stress, boosting creativity, and fostering happiness. I've been working at Holcim for 5 years, and I haven't had a single day of sick leave. I owe much of this to my green surroundings 🙂
Immerse yourself in an uplifting physical environment: aim for at least 5 minutes of nature in your daily routine.
