Builder of Progress
Breaks or rest period at work must be considered as a right and not a privilege. We require something more, a little time at the workplace for ourselves. We often assume that low-income earners aim to work longer hours to earn more income and to improve their social standing. However, is this what everyone wants? Perhaps not. He who work long periods without breaks become less productive, and more prone to health problems, increasing absence rates. This picture is very close to my heart when I see a worker took a break during his day long hard work and having a peaceful meal.
