Builder of Progress

It's 7:00 AM, and I'm on my way to a new workday with the Paving Ecuador team, this time in an area located 3,160 meters above sea level. The air is so cold it feels like it's freezing your lungs, awakening every inch of your body. Breathing deeply, but oxygen, like many other things in this area, is scarce. The sun shines intensely, yet it doesn't provide warmth, only hurts your skin. The people who live here are admirable; I feel so proud to make their dreams of having a good road that enhances their daily lives a reality.

Looking around, I can confidently say I have the best office, with a privileged view that changes with every kilometer traveled. I have great colleagues committed to the development of people and the planet. Undoubtedly, I am in the best place to work.
