Builder of Progress

Some of the talented graduates who successfully completed our 18-month Graduate Program in late 2023.
This program involved 3 x 6 month rotations across our key business units, equipping them with valuable experience and skills. To recognise their achievements, they gathered in Sydney for a few memorable days, featuring an opportunity for them to shine by presenting their brilliant ideas on Diversity & Inclusion to the Exco panel. Additionally, they explored one of our largest Sydney concrete plants at Artarmon, gaining hands-on insights into our operations. We can't wait to see what they will accomplish in Holcim as they #BuildProgressWithUs.
