Builder of Progress

The Nelson Sand and Gravel Plant ships material via barge to the distribution yard in St. Paul, MN. This is done in an efficient and environmentally safe manner, by putting "sand on the water" as shown in the photo. This photo is the first barge of sand loaded in 2024. This material will be used in cement and for building foundations that help our city grow.
